The Mystery School of Tehuti provides digital educational products, courses, teachings, workshops, downloadable materials, and initiatory learning experiences.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to intellectual property, the following refund policy applies.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- PDF teachings and scrolls
- Downloadable resources
- Digital workbooks
- Audio recordings
- Video teachings
- Online courses
- Membership content
Once access has been granted or materials have been delivered, refunds cannot normally be provided.
Course Enrolments
Enrolment in any online course or training programme grants immediate access to proprietary educational content.
For this reason, course purchases are generally non-refundable.
Please review all course descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded upon verification.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, purchasers are responsible for completing all agreed instalments.
Failure to complete instalment payments does not cancel the financial obligation associated with the purchase.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in the United Kingdom.
